Don't forget the 521, 525, 920, 928, and Icon.

521, 928, Icon are not globally available. I know that there is no info regarding 920 and 525, but still I feel that Lumia 1020 will be the last to get it or may get it just before 620.

I might be wrong, as there was no info regarding 1520 too.

1 or 2 Weeks before release: Pilot rollout on 625 and 925 (just in a few countries)
release Week: Rollout on 625 and 925 (almost everywhere else)
1. Week after release(this week): Pilot rollout on 520 and 1520

expected(IMO):
2. Week: Rollout on 520 and 1520
3. Week: Pilot rollout on 720 and 820
4. Week: Rollout 720 and 820
5. Week: Pilot rollout 920 and 1320
6. Week: Rollout 920 and 1320
7. Week: Pilot rollout 620 and 1020
8. Week: Rollout 620 and 1020

I dont know which devices will get Cyan first but this is the Sequence of the release in my opinion.

maybe im right with 1020 ans 620 :( I have a 1020

So, incidentally, WP just recently passed BlackBerry to become the #3 mobile OS in the world, thanks. And as a tech person, the reason the u[dates take so long is because of debugging. As someone who works in tech myself, I know that the debugging process can take a lot longer than expected; additionally, there's probably all kinds of parameters and stuff for the different networks that have to be fit and overcome. And the reason that there are so often bugs in the final product is because it's frankly inevitable. OS's are a lot harder to debug than most other programs, due in large part to the fact that there are so many different parts that the companies often have trouble finding all of them; often, the best way to find bugs is to start the product rollout and see what people find. After that, a company will periodically release updates until they come out with the next version of the OS, and then the process begins anew. And it did start a long time ago; they're just releasing it in certain regions first rather than a blanket release.

Those dates sound correct.
The update is rolling here in the USA for the 1520. I started updating Thursday at 1522 hrs ET USA.

Even I want it to be 1020, but there have been absolutely no news regarding Lumia 1020 and 620. For other phones, there is at least some news.
520 - available in France (Orange)
1320, 820, 720 - testing completed (Vodafone Australia)

Based on this, I think Lumia 1020 and 620 users might have to wait longer.

damm i have L 520 (ORANGE Company) but in Romania

24 days and nothing about the latin america rollout for Lumia 925. Microsoft can sustain a business with this slowness?

What is IOS 8 comes earlier that WP 8.1? ja

Hey, quick question... I'm gonna start the update in an hour or two when I get home to my WiFi, but I wanted to make sure having the phone plugged in during the update is ok to do. I've heard somewhere that can cause issues?

Nokia Lumia 1520 update is out for US phone's today... Right now. Remember if you are using the Developer version you will not be able to update your phone UNLESS you go restore your phone to Version 8.0. then it will work. I did experience an issue after the install of 8.1 and the firmware let me know if you had the same problem but the issue was ( when rebooted after finishing the install the phone froze and then proceeded to boot loop about 10 times. them went into windows phone 8.1 and froze again rebooted again with lines in the screen then boot looped again... But instead of going into windows again it shut it self off. when i turned it back on it acted like normal no issues..) Very weird. I am restoring it and downloading the update again as we speak..
