All L1320 users keep checking your phone update manually, you'll get the cyan update notification for sure, the download size isn't much, but it takes a lot of time to install the whole thing, best of luck to all

Okay then hold up i'm uploading the rom for you

There is this amazing software from nokia: data package manager.
All you need is your device codename: rm-994 (L1320) and a number for a rom. I would need this number for a Indian black rom.
You can download rom this way, flash lumia with another nokiia tool, and get cyan update, but you need this number for a rom.

Edit: thanks anyway. Does it support english language?
