Tranfering agenda, address book, messages to PC

Greetings!
I only want to transfer/synch my address book, agenda and messages between PC and Lumia 530.
OVI and PC Suite won't work with a Lumia 530, and Zune only deals with images/videos and music, which I do not need to transfer or whatever.
Any app can do that?
Any and all suggestions well appreciated!! :angel:

These days backup/sync is done via the cloud. I.e. Phone -> Outlook.com -> PC.

I have installed the app, I have backed-up but I have no "backup-restore" folder has appeared on the phone or the SD card???
How about the Cloud? Where can find a "how-to"???

OK, I restarted the phone and the folder is there, with my backups...
Not very convenient, to put it mildly...
