Transfer Minecraft PE World from Lumia 1520 to Galaxy S7 edge

Hi,

Since Microsoft dropped support for Minecraft PE on Windows, how can we copy worlds from our Lumia to an Android or iPhone device? Currently jumped ship to an S7 edge so I'm wondering if anyone had their migration as well.
