Truncated Whatsapp videos on 640xl

I'm having issues watching downloaded whatsapp videos on my 640xl. ,Once it starts playing it just goes off after about 15 seconds. What could be the problem and how can I solve it . thanks.

When you say goes off in 15 seconds do you mean your screen or the video?

if you mean the screen, you may need to increase the time out set on your lock screen or simply tap the screen every few seconds or so.

Other than can you please provide more information?
