uc web downloaded videos are exported to music not videos

I recently installed uc web on my lumia 720. Downloaded couple of songs and exported to music hub worked like a charm. But with videos it gets downloaded and when i export it to library it goes in to music section rather than videos. Any way to get the downloaded videos to videos in phone.... ? Any help will be appreciated regards .....

Have you tried a soft reset if that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

As I know there is no api to save video files to library. You can save only pictures. But window phone gives an ability to save music file and using this ability you can save ANYTHING as music. OS will add .mp3 extension to it and without checking save to music library. This is the only trick available currently to save files into phones internal memory and later access it by connection phone to PC.

Let it be in music hub, you can share it from there via Bluetooth,email. Not via whatsapp though. MS are you listening?? Open video, audio APIs.

could you please tell me how to export music files from uc. i didnt know that was possible

after downloading the file with uc web browser, go to the downloaded tab touch and hold the file you want to export and select export to music and videos from drop down menu

Hey i tried downloading a mp3 file using uc web looks like they have disabled the export feature. The downloaded file goes directly to the music hub now
