Umm... Volume Button Weirdness / Keyboard Weirdness

So, anyone know why my volume button just today decided it should open the task manager instead of changing the volume?
Also, my keyboard has become randomly schizo, not wanting to type all the time. Strange.:unhappy:

I see the same behavior . Any ideas what caused this / Is there a fix?
surface book is current with updates.
