so you're unable to access that specific website or all sites from edge browser?

search on any search engine for those sites and click those links - it should direct you to the local site or international site

By the way, what OS version are you on? You can check in settings > system > about > OS build

that might be the issue, using a fast insider build which could be having unknown/unreported issues
