1st. On my others Win 10 computers I see an enhancements tab like on the picture below. On my brand new Surface Book 2 laptop this tab is not present. Does any other people with a Surface laptop experience the same problem ?

2nd. I see the 'Realtek High Definition Audio (SST)' listed in the Device Manager. Normally with Realtek there should be a 'Realtek HD audio manager'. An application allowing me to adjust sound (equalizers, more basses, ...). But I don't have that application on my computer. Does any other people with a Surface laptop experience the same problem ?

Thanks.

honestly with the Dolby enhanced audio feature found on the surface line I've never found the need to find this feature. do you have Dolby enabled?

Hello Mattemt294,

Dolby is enabled on my side. But the bass are not present enough for my personal taste. I discovered that if I connect my hearphones through my Bluetooth Wireless the Enhancements tab is back again !! Then I can adjust bass. So now I know that this is not a problem on my computer but rather a problem of compatibility with the hearphones.

Thanks anyway.
