Unable to call/receive calls.

Hi, I upgraded to the Technical Preview on my Hong Kong 1020 on Monday, everything worked better than other people have claimed after I followed the hard reset before and after each install. But the only thing I can't really do is call... Texts, and mobile data have worked flawlessly. Is it worth another hard reset? I did upgrade to the release yesterday without a hard reset but everything is fine except the calling.

Has anyone else encountered it?

Is the phone from Hong Kong, or are you also in Hong Kong? I've had no problems making calls on Giffgaff in the UK (and I hope I've been receiving all the calls I'm supposed to!).

I'm in the UK, its only occured since the tech preview. 8.1/update 1/update 2 worked flawlessly. I've done a factory reset with restore. I'll find out tomorrow about calling...
