Unable to install build 14390

Hello, I tried to install the Insider Build 14390, however Windows Update keeps showing the following message:
"We can't install some updates because other updates are in progress. Restarting your computer may help, and we'll keep trying to update."
I tried the troubleshooter, deleted the Software Distribution folder, but nothing. I also tried to reset the pc, but that failed too. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm on Windows 10 Pro Insider Build 14388 x64.

I get this error too when I try to join the Fast Ring and then look for updates. How can we solve this? Are there any legal ISO files we can use instead?

I don't think they provide ISOs for any builds on the fast ring. The only solution that I can think of right now is to roll back to an older build and try to update to the latest build.
