Unable to open Edge, message comes up saying' this page is having a problem loading' what can I do?

When I first downloaded Window 10 Microsoft Edge opened a blank page, now I am unable to open Edge at all, what do you suggest?

There could be several reasons its not opening a page. First, have you tried opening the same page with another browser, like IE? Are you positive you are connected to the internet?
