Unable to open projects on Garageband in Mac (Help)

For unknown reasons, I am not able to create new projects or open anything in Garageband. Could anyone suggest a working solution? I tried to reboot the app - but same results.

Garage Band is a MacOS and iOS app. It won't run on Windows. You'll need to buy a Mac or iPhone/ iPad.

There is no workaround. You'll need to get an Apple product: Mac, iPhone or iPad, or use something else for Windows such as Audacity.
