Unable to plugin headset into headset jack in my Lumia 820

Hi, i have been using Lumia 820 for the past 4 months. After 4 months of usage I am unable to plug in my headset completely into the headset jack. The headset just goes up to the second ring. I am unable to listen to songs. Can someone help me here.:crying::crying:

have you checked for any obvious blockage? like a small stone or some wayward pin knocked loose?

Probably something blocking the headphone jack. You can fix it yourself but you should opt to bring it to the nearest Nokia Center first.
