Unable to set new Notification tone

Unlike my Lumia 1020, I am unable to set the same alternative NOTIFICATION mp3 in my 1520. The "custom" does not appear at the top. Doing the same procedure as I have for the 1020 - i.e. copy ring tone to ring tone folder on 1520 via PC. Then go to ring tone on phone itself. Custom does not appear therefore no custom ringtone !!!

Does 1520 come with GDR3 ? that's where the custom sounds for notification feature was set up.

Yes it does, only released yesterday for UK and works a treat. Ironically, I had to use my PC to reply to this post - my 1520 wouldn't accept keyboard entry - as soon as the dialogue box opened to reply it would disappear .. How weird is that??!!
