Unable to unlock AT&T 520?

Im on TMO and want a 520 NOT a 521. I plan on making 3D printed cases for them and got my wife a 520 with the plans to unlock it. So far I have paid TWO different unlock web pages, and BOTH have refunded my money saying that the IMEI number I gave them is not in the database, and cant be unlocked? Has anyone had any problems unlocking AT&T 520's?

Have you tried calling AT&T directly?

Did you try cellunlocker.net? Towards the bottom of their home page you can enter your device's information, including the IMEI, and they tell you whether or not they can unlock it. It's not cheap, $24.99, but it can be done.

I used the callunlocker.com that was suggested above. It was more expensive then the rest, but it got the job done.

They don't have AT&T as an option to unlock. Do you guys know of any other place to do the unlock?

It was a few months ago. It sounds like AT&T clamped down on the unlocking process. I simply called CS and requested an unlock code.
