unable to update my lumia 920

i have factory unlocked at&t lumia 920
and im stuck on this version 8.0.10211.204 (GDR1) when i try to update with nokia software updater for
retail 4.1 it recognises my phone and download update about 1.2 gb and when
downloading end it give this mesage "somthing went wrong" how can update the phone?

Try this instead and see if you have the same issue. If that doesn't work I suggest taking it back to AT&T and getting another phone.

thanks , it seems to be that i have the same isse with this software also i tried downloading preview for developers app
but it says that it needs a newer os version in order to work

Send it in to Nokia care. There's something seriously wrong with it. That software should have worked. There's nothing else that can be done unfortunately.

Either that or get another phone if you're with AT&T that is.
