after some days of research, i found a way how to recover your Lumia Phone from black/red screen (Unbricked my Lumia 1320 with it):

I can vouch this works! I was able to recover my black screen/unresponsive 925 following a similar guide to that.

I had exactly the same problem with my Lumia 1320

Do the steps in that thread(DO IT STEP FOR STEP!) and you will see if your phone is supported. But I think it is.

Yes I just fixed my black screen unresponsive UK 920 after a bit of playing using this guide.
