Unknown background GPS tracking running

Hello,

I have a Lumia 820 running on WP8.
My phone starts GPS tracking by a background app and I don't like it. It happens when I access to my secured WiFi.
How can I know which app is running and delete it?

If you want to check witch one is running in the background
Settings ( swipe ) backgroundtasks, and check whats running there.

But how do you know if something is tracking?
