unlock L520 without void warrenty

I'm new here, and as a win phone user also...I recently purchased L520 on 14th aug..
can I unlock L520 without voiding the warranty?? (sorry for bad eng)
just I want to install some game and apps .XAPs...

Why do you have to unlock your phone to install games? If you're referring to jailbreaking or rooting, that's not possible on WP. You cannot install XAPs that are not on the MS Store or that are illegal.
