Unlocked AT&T Lumia 1020 Internet Sharing on Globe (Philippines)

Does anyone know how I can get my unlocked AT&T Lumia 1020 share internet on Globe (Philippines)?

I'm on vacation in the Philippines and have been able to use my phone on Globe Prepaid with data, but have not been able to get it to share internet. It tells me to call 611 to enable sharing when I toggle the setting.

Looks like all I needed was the access point app. I just picked Globe Prepaid. No need to do the uninstall.
