Includes: Installed screen protector with some minor bubbles (came to me this way), both the original matte Black shell and the new glossy Green shell (installed), Nokia travel style charger outputting 5v .75a, short USB to microUSB cable, Kingston class 4 microSD 8GB card w/ adapter and case, and a rubber bumper case I believe to be 1/2 of a dual density case missing the hard portion (came to me this way)

Additional Info: This device has been on Windows Insider and run the Tech Preview of Windows 10 for Phones twice (once before coming to me). When I had it on the Insider TP of 10 it showed no issues on install or update. I never put a SIM in, but can verify the WiFi worked well under 10. This device has reverted to 8.1 twice (once before coming to me) without issue. I used LSRT to revert this device to official 8.1 + Lumia Cyan.
