I know I have no proof to support this, but there was an accidental leak on the Surface site, and I saw it said LTE Surface and there was a grayed out button that said Available March 16. Choose to believe me or not, but I know what I saw, and you'll all see when they announce it.

Yes, the existence of the Surface 2 LTE is old news. However, it's release/street date (should be 3/18) is not.
