Unregister band

Hi i sent my band for exchange because of a touchscreen failure.
Because of the touch screen didnt work i couldnt unregister it before.
Thatwhy the new band dont work with my old microsoft account. It seems the sync get the old data from the old band. Everytime the same.
How i can unregister the old device?

Not 100% positive on this, but I think you're going to have to contact MS support for help with this. I believe they'll be able to delete the information from your account.......what I'm not sure about is whether this means you're going to lose all your old data, or whether they'll be able to just delete the old device. I hope for the latter, hopefully not the former!
