Unreliable and Glitchy Docking Station

Has anyone else had problems with this docking station connector? I constantly had to plug/unplug because my second monitor would load up all distorted.

I suggest to clean the connecter with Alcohol and use pencil eraser to clean it up then try maybe your problem will be solved. [redacted by moderator]
