Update No working...error I have not seen before

received this message...Went into troubleshooter under admin...says it fixed the issue. but then, error repeats itself over and over. Not sure what is happening but when I researched the specific error I cannot find anything on it.

If you're still having this issue (I was), here's a link to a discussion on the Microsoft Support page. Compsupport provides direct links to this update.
