update to widows 10 now no audio alert on Outlook

Hi Guys
Having had the 640 for close on a year I decided to upgrade from 8.1 to 10. Now I don't get an audible alert when I receive emails (Outlook mail), only visual on the mail tile. WhatsApp, text message etc. all work fine.
I have searched on google for answers but up till now haven't been able to fix this issue. I have tried uninstalling the tile off the start screen, the app off quick status on the Lock screen. Gone through the system settings ( display, notifications, battery).

Can anybody help please.

Go to outlook mail app --> settings --> notifications. Check box for play sound.

Just to let everyone know audio alerts for emails is working again. Thanks for nothing.

I've lost the ability to set notifications for different mailboxes (also not getting audio or popup alerts)
