(Updated) Facebook login problem in Box TV,Subway surfers

Since yesterday I am unable to login to facebook account from subway surfers game,while network is o.k & ms facebook app is working as usual. I tried to logout, login from main app but with no luck. I contacted killoo support team & they recognised my problem.Their support team informed me it is Microsoft account related problem & sent me following steps :




"manually reset the Date and time on your device, if it's set to automatic?









Go to Settings → date+time




Switch Set Automatically to off




Enter the correct date and time "









But those steps not working for me. I again sent a mail regarding that matter and they replied to that. Now they instructs me to logout from my Microsoft account.




How to logout from Microsoft account?





Anybody faces same problem?





Update: In Box Tv during login I am facing same facebook login problem.




Please give any suggestions.
