Updated my windows phone Lumia 730.Nothing works now

my windows phone Lumia 730.Today(June 3)I updated my phone with update2.The problem is that many times my phone doesn't go to the start up screen.When I push simultaneously the power button and the volume bottom it goes to my start up screen after about 10 min.
I can connect to my router but no have access to internet.Also my cellular internet not work aldo I can call and receive calls.Before the update my phone had worked perfect.
Please help me.

Try to reset your phone, maybe it worked.
