Updating app via sd card getting error 80070057

There was an update for an app, I downloaded it to sd card and trying to update it though install local apps option... But when I check the box and update the app, wp store throws error 80070057 can anyone help me please

This is a sync error. Please check the date and time on your phone. Is it correct ? Is your Outlook mail syncing properly ?

i also have the same problem,,, i have tried what you suggested but it didnt work,,, still its showing the error code 80070057...PLEASE HELP. (I am using Nokia Lumia 530)
