Wont find Lumia Denim Update

My phone, bought in Canada, telus, unlocked, will not find the denim update, everytime I try and do a manual search it comes up with, "your phone is up to date"

And with that I redownloaded the software, reset my phone, still nothing.

Does anyone know whats wrong?

try this
download and install lsrt in your pc
connect your phone to the pc and open lsrt
click on install for the latest update

I think he meant Lumia Software Recovery Tool, now called Windows Software Recovery Tool (WSRT)
