Upgrading from Lumia 1020

I have done soo many hard resets, with and without back up... no avail... as soon as my display dock arrives the thing is going on eBay.... I have been back using my 1020 (Windows 10 Developer) for the last 3 weeks and it has been bliss :wink:

That sucks, but good for you that you still have the 1020.
How come you didn't return the 950? It's obviously something wrong with it.

I took it back twice (To Optus, from whom I purchased it), but they just kept giving me the run around... even when I showed them a video of one of the issues... Microsoft literally only got in touch with me today (I sent them an e-mail back in December), but I just don't want to waste any more time on it.
