USB to VGA

Hi all,

I have a Toshiba Libretto w100, which only has a USB port and no video output. I have read about a few USB to VGA cables on eBay, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these? I was unaware that USB outputted video. Would it allow me to do PowerPoint presentations? Is there a particular brand (or any other solutions) you recommend?

They do exist and can work too. I have a USB to LAN for my surface and it works
One suggestion would be going for the better priced ones as the cheapest break down the fastest
