using 'Hey Cortana" and being able to ask follow up questions hands free

"Whats my schedule for the weekend?"

pulls up schedule and narrates it ..

I now want to continue and set an appointment - the only way I seem to be able to do it completely handsfree is to prefix "Hey Cortana"

"Hey Cortana - set an appointment for ..."

is it possible to set Cortana to keep listening after the initial question when handsfree? , keeping the whole Cortana contextual stuff going.

I haven't been able to. Maybe someone here has that answer. My guess is, no but that would be cool.
