Using Netflix app while docked crashes Windows

I have my Surface 3 in a docking station with two external monitors. Lately I've tried watching Netflix on the Surface while docked. Several times, when a video has ended usually, Windows crashed with VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. I Binged it (as opposed to Googling it and found several complaints about this error in the Microsoft forums, but none that seemed relevant -- mostly about updating video drivers. Anyone else see this?

Is there a Microsoft forum to which I can report this and get a (useful) reply? I found this thread in Community where at some point some people had been able to upload minidump files and get someone from Microsoft to look at them but the thread seems to have gone dormant...

Also try checking your event viewer (search event viewer) and check for which driver is causing the crash. There will be an error message in the logs under application or system. Then search that error online to see if anyone has the same problem. Good luck!
