Verizon 928 won't turn on after update

Gears whirled and did their thing, then I got the installing update bars. As it finished and reset phone went to restart. NOKIA appeared, then went to Verizon 'cube' with logo. Then shuts down. Soft reset just goe to the Verizon 'cube' logo and shuts down.

So I just look down at the phone and it is on! Stating 'Migrating Data'. How strange!
