Verizon Lumia Icon 929 on T-Mobile SMS issue

Anyone know a fix for how to get SMS to work while on T-Mobile 3G or H/H+? It will only send text on LTE and 2G. I have read other posts but no one has devised a fix that I could find yet. Outside its fine but in my house I cant text half the time.

Outside of 2G and LTE the Icon is using CDMA which will not run on T-Mo.
