Video Ads on this site are very annoying

I know ads pay for the site, but when there are four embedded video ads in different places on the sidebar playing the same commercial it is very annoying. I have speakers on so I can hear notifications at work, but having to hunt down four different videos to pause/mute them is ridiculous.

Using Chrome and I thought I had disabled autoplay videos, but now I'll have to spend some time to figure out to make it stop.
