Video liabrary access

Does any one know why MS has the limitations in place for apps and other WP features that cannot use or access it? Why throughout the vast updates do they still ignore this?

I've already wrote about it. Like MS and Nokia restricted access to full size 38Mpx images on 1020, MS did the same for video.
Third party apps could crash if they try to open them.

This is ridiculous restriction (among with the hundreds of others) , as this is developer's job to check his app, but we have nothing to do about it, just accept and live with it.
