Here is how I want it to go. I want to get a group going of selected members we will call them "Ambassadors". To join the group a person needs to be sensible and civil. We want these people to be representative of the WPCentral forum so keep that in mind when recommending someone for induction. I will also be looking at these people first when we decide to add to the mod team. It will start with you guys making suggestions on possible members to add. Final decision will be mine sorry about that just the way it has to be. I will review your recommendations then I will begin adding members to the group.

The Windows Phone Central Mod team has taken an interest in your activities in the forum. Don't worry its nothing bad. We have noticed that you spend a lot of time helping people in the forum and that you help in a civil manner. We are looking for a few outstanding members like yourself to join our new Ambassadors program. If you are interested we will change your user title to Ambassador. This will help people new to the forum recognize you as a representative of the Windows Phone Central Forum. Your civil attitude and posting behavior will not only help new members get the answers they need but it will also help to set an example for everyone in the forum.
You will be given access to a hidden area in this forum. There will be two sections in this area one will be the general posting area where you can chat with other Ambassadors and the mod team in private without the interference of other members. The second area will be where the mod team will ask for volunteers to do certain tasks. Thinks like. "We need a FAQ for the Lumia 920 forum who has a L920 and feels like taking this on?" Once a request is made and you have taken on the task you can use this area to write up the post edit till your are satisfied and then one of the Mod team members will move your post to the correct area in the forum where it will be made into a sticky.

This program will serve two purposes one is to get us some quick help in the forum without having to add Moderators. I don't want to have a huge group of Mods running around. we will add more Moderators as needed but a smaller group is what I prefer. Next the people we chose will be those already motivated to post in the form so we should be able to get them to provide content that will help draw more members to the forum. These people will be posting anyways so why not direct their efforts. Hopefully its a win for everyone. These members get the recognition they deserve and we get valuable content added to the forum. We can even write up tutorials or rules for how the FAQ's, or whatever content we need, is written.
We are sitting at 250 members on line right now so this place is hopping I can barley keep up with the new posts. Lets get this hashed out quickly I need this program in place by Monday.
