Visual Voicemail coming to Dual SIM phones

I've seen a few posts on the forums here saying that VVM showed up for the first time in the Phone app for those on Dual SIM phones. I can also confirm that may 950 XL Dual SIM asked for a voicemail password then showed up in my Phone app. Obviously it does not work currently as the 14267 build has VVM not working as a known issue, but this leads me to believe that support should come soon.

The biggest question I have about this is whether or not those running Dual SIM phones who are not on the Insider Program will get this feature before the official launch of the Redstone 1 update and if so, might it be included in the official launch of Windows 10 Mobile? Obviously, I doubt anywhere on these forums can answer that question with any certainty, but I wanted to share my thoughts anyways!

Are you saying that your dual-SIM phone prompted for your voicemail password just as a single-SIM phone normally does, and you are on 14267 which is known to have broken VVM?

That actually sounds promising but of course anything I could say would be nothing but speculation.

It's entirely nothing but speculation, but I agree it sounds promising. It also shows up as a tab in the phone app (which it hadn't before), but shows no messages (obviously).

It would be great if this worked in the next build, but I think it's more important to get that feature out to the Threshold release of W10M. I hope it is something they can easily add to the next production ring update.

I agree that it looks promising, but it could also just be a bug related to the non-functional visual voicemail in this build. I really hope that it's something they're actively working on though, because it's proven to be a bit of an inconvenience to not have VVM.

Mine also showed up on my DS 950 XL on ATT. I'm still using Youmail and I prefer Youmail but glad to know that I will other option as well.

Confirmed on my unlocked, dual sim 950XL. Build 14267. Operating on ATT. Just this morning prompted me for VVM pin and now has the tab in the phone app.

Anyone seen this on a 950 (not XL) dual sim on AT&T yet. I see nothing different on mine.

Update: I now have VVM on my dual sim 950 (non XL) on At&T.

Thank-you Microsoft!

Just installed the new build on my 950XL dual sim. My VVM now shows voicemails for me to view.

You're welcome.

Now, I have a Lumia 950 dual-SIM (bought in France) but use it in UK (where I live) on mobile operator Three UK. I get no VVM tab and can't find any settings to switch this on. I have read the forums here and tried the things mentioned to kick-start VVM but nothing happens. Three UK have not responded to any queries on this at all.

So, is there anybody in the UK with a Lumia 950 that has VVM working and if yes, then how? Also, anyone with it working on Three UK? Again, how? Anyone taken this up with Three UK and got a explanation if it didn't work?

Thanks

To get VVM working on my dual sim 950 on AT&T I did the following.
1) open phone app
2) hit the icon at the bottom of the screen to call the default viocemail number.
3) entered my pin, checked messages, and ended call
4) next the phone prompted me for my voicemail pin again and I provided it
5) new voicemail tab magically appeared at top of screen in phone app
6) all working as expected

Note this requires build 14267.1004

If what Albatross2 suggested doesn't work for you, then you need to contact your carrier and have them check whether your account is still properly provisioned as a "4G LTE smartphone with VVM" instead of just a "4G smartphone." Once they've fixed that, try again.

So my VVM doesnt show up because i got an older Build? I'm not in the Insider Preview.
I thought it's a restriction from the Provider. Got an Unbranded Lumia 950 Dual SIM.
