voice dialing via bluetooth
Hi, have recently upgraded (on WindowsInsider) to W10M 10586.164 and since going to W10M dialing or composing text messages via my bluetooth headset no longer works.
On WP 8.1, I could tap the button on the BT headset and the phone would prompt for an action - "Call xxx" would initiate a call to that contact... or "Text xxx" would allow a text message to be composed through speech.
Now, on W10M this feature is no longer there.
Can anyone advise how to get this working again. Am not located in a Cortana enabled region.
