Volume issue please help!!!

Hi guys for some reason any audio I play on my Lumia 820 through video on the web or audio on apps I cant seem to control the volume if it is on 20/30 before the audio starts it stays there even if I try to put it down to 0/30 audio still comes out as 20/30 I've tried soft resetting but no help. I don't wanna hard reset don't wanna lose some game progress.

Delete what internet cookies or what?

Go to setting's, applications, internet explorer, delete history cookies ect

I noticed similar volume problems on my L820. No problems before GDR3 update.

This happened to me today. Of course, it didn't happen before Black (I didn't have the problem with Dev GDR3). The volume was stuck at a fixed level. A restart of the phone fixed the problem for me, but I sure took a scare.
