Volume Not changing

Has anyone experienced an issue with their volume not changing? I saw one post on Microsoft site. I have a Lumioa 810 and when listening through Music + Videos I'm unable to change the volume. Where ever the volume is when I start listening to music it's stays there. For example if it's at 15 and I start listening to a song It's stuck there. Raising the volume up or down does nothing. Anyone experience this issue? Is it a bug? Any fixes? Thanks for any help.

Try a soft reset, should help

use the next/previous keys.. they will in effect bring the volume change.. It has to do something with Nokia Music and music stopper... may be whatsapp too..

Yea I forgot that, I downloaded few songs from Nokia Music and volume button was useless, I was like whats wrong and figured out it has something with the songs from Nokia Music.
