W10 installation takes verry long

I had to make a fresh install (Media Creation Tool) on my Tablet (a 2GB Ram Device). So right now I am at +2 Hours where I can watch that Little dottet circel Spinning. Is that nomal? So far I never havd any issues witd updating etc. I had to do a fresh install after the last Insider caused a lockdownutil.dll error and I could not accsess Settings or Switch to tablet mode.

I know I have had problems with installing windows 10 builds. Mine takes much longer than the average because I use public WiFi which is very slow.
