Day 2...
Have done hard reset 4 times..
Still stuck at 13%
And getting "error 0x80072f78"

Same here in my L920, the battery is more drained quickly and very hot to hold. The charging take me a whole night, and when I used it, it's only takes 2 hours to drained my phone from 80% to 14%.

Anyway, I tried to make a hard reset with clean install (no restore phone) and yes, the phone battery looks a lot better with about 6 hours from 80% - 50% in stand by mode. The temperature of my phone drop dramatically, I can hold it without any rubber hard case.

But another issue come and gone. After hard and cleans reset, I changed the background picture (at first the Swimming Guy) into another picture and it become so blur and bad pixel. I hate it. Btw, before a hard reset, I can't even change my background picture, don't know need to sad or relieve.

Why do some app icons on tiles look very tiny? I have not installed W10 on my Lumia yet. But from what I've noticed from its pictures online. Tiles of some inbuilt apps like Messaging, Phone, Music, etc. and also third-party apps like WhatsApp, etc.... look very tiny with large empty area around the icons withing the tiles' border.

ME (microsoft edge) has made me reinstall Nokia Xpress browser (Opera mini); its so slow, no progress bar and crashes too often. Nokia 630.

All contacts names are gone, thanks for not having them on the sim card.

Email accounts are broken...

It's back to wp 8.0, thanks to the inability to update using 12 GB of on the phone...

Same problem for me.. Didn't do hard reset.. Thank you, I was about to do hard reset for the problem. So that also won't help, isn't it.. Better to move back to wp8.1 for now I think

I tried everything to fix this crap but couldn't help this. Now only one solution and that's reverting back to 8.1. Even 10136 was more better than 10149.

Battery saver adjustments may have caused these issues, but not sure, The timing of cause and effect can't exactly be traced other than adjusting other settings that I haven't touched before, so it's hard to say what is the actual cause. Yesterday, I was messing with the background tasks options in battery saver, disallowing some apps to work in the background at all or enabling the essentials to work in the background even with batter saver on. I turned all non essential apps off for background use and enabled phone, maps and messaging the ability to run in the background. I believe Cortana can always run in the background and even use the GPS even when location services are turned off.

I adjusted all these setting yesterday, somewhere along those lines and turning off battery saver, re-enabling location services. Now Cortana doesn't work, not receiving texts messages when verifying my identity on my PC. Find my phone doesn't ring my phone, and doesn't seem to find my location. didn't spend a lot of time trying and waiting.

Testing this for a more definitive answer will be a pain. I'm resetting my phone to see if I can receive texts to identify my self on my PC and to have find my phone to ring phone. I won't be messing with battery saver again.

My phone is the 1520.

So, after resetting my phone, It seems as though a text message I sent to my friend was in queue and then sent a bunch of the same message repeatedly, no idea how many. how embarrassing, it was just a single smiley face that ended up sending an unknown number.

Same symptoms, but I figured it was the flash toggle in action center that triggered the bug/battery drain.

I've noticed one where if you select to download the "Past Year" of texts from your text backup that you cannot send or receive text messages any longer unless you restart the phone. Texts come in right as soon as you get the Start screen, but then it doesn't work again, requiring yet another soft reset.

If you leave the settings alone, texts work just fine. I'm using an HTC One M8 with T-Mobile. Otherwise, I've been doing very well with the OS! I love it MUCH more than 10080

Anyone else noticed the old alarm app still runs im the background?? Had 2 alarms go off at the same time this morning one old tone the other new tone.

Excellent build everything works on my L630 even cortana, thinking of installing on my dialy driver.
The secret step is : always do hard rest after any firmware install.

Hey guys! So yesterday I finally decided to make the jump and install Windows 10 mobile on my Lumia Icon. Everything went well and I really like it. Sure, there is some bugs here and there but nothing dramatic... except one thing that really bugs me. I can't download the texts suggestions for anything else than English (United States); I've tried four different keyboard download and it always fails and says: "The text suggestion update for this keyboard didn't download successfully".

Does anyone have experienced this problem and if yes, do you know a workaround ?

I really hope that someone will help me, because I'm gonna be forced to go back to wp8.1 otherwise :/

Yeah, I'm also quiet interested in a solution for this issue. Anybody could help us here?
