We don't know the exact date for the update / upgrade all we have been getting is a trickle here or there on a bare handful of sites. You could also be in contact with your carrier they may have further information for you and if you get any information off them can you please share it on here. ?ire

In India there is no such carrier which provides update.

Yes but the carriers must wait for Microsoft to give them the go ahead for the update so like it does depend on if your carrier has the update on their servers like Vodafone India might not have the update whereas Vodafone in Australia has the update and just waiting on Microsoft.
