My contract is up and I really want to switch to WP. I will be going with tmobile so Im limited to the 925. Should I get the cheaper 520 & wait for the 930 or get the 925? I dont want to go android but wille have three new options within the month. Any help would be appreciated.

If its within this month consider the 925, since 930 or any other upcoming devices will probably be released on April or after.
But if you are new to windows phone (i.e not really tried using it before) you may want to hold back and get the 520. If you are comfortable using it switch it when an 8.1 device comes out. (ex 930)

Get the 521, it is cheap via Microsoft store $79 only. Then if you like WP, get a better device after Build 2014 and keep the 521 as a backup device.

The 925 is still a solid device, I'd go for it, but that's knowing I sprang for a 920 late in its lifecycle instead of a 520 and waiting to see what else popped up.

The 521 is probably the best choice if you're looking to upgrade once the next volley of phones roll out with 8.1 in a couple months. However whether they will make way to T-Mobile quickly after launch is anyone's guess. So you may end up with the 521 longer than you anticipated. But thats not necessarily bad, its my sister's main phone and probably will be for a while. Don't think she'll want an upgrade.

Also worth noting that looking at unlocked phones increases your options at the cost of LTE and some 3G depending where you live.

I have used wp in the past and loved it. Ive been using a galaxy 2 sold Im sure the 925 is an upgrade to that. Im thinking if I can find the 925 for around 350 I can do that and get 8.1 when they come out. Im not a big app guy but I need fast browsing as I sell products on numerous forums and facebook

925 was $250 on either HSN or QVC. Also periodically it shows up for $229 on ShopHQ as well. Be patient and pay less than $350. You can also get it at a great price on Swappa.

There's no guarantee of a Lumia 930 at all, let alone it landing on T-Mobile. If you absolutely can't spend $230-$280 on a 925, grab a 521.

You can always get the international multi LTE band version which will work fine on T-Mobile.

I got the 521 a little over a week ago from MetroPCS and it's great. Hope MetroPCS picks up some new WP,s soon.
