Want to Upgrade to GDR3

I am using Windows Phone 8 in HTC 8X and I am living in Pakistan. I want to upgrade my phone to GDR3. Please let me know how can i do so ? When I search for new update it says your phone is up to date. But when I install few apps it says you need to have GDR3.

I dunno why u didn't get the official update yet from htc, try contacting them and see if its been officially released in ur region? Or do they plan to release it soon.
U can always get it via dev preview though
