Way to add Xbox Music Artist Background Image and lock screen artist image (Any Region)

So what? It still works better than any other application for curating your music collection, on PCs anyway (it is dead and gone from WP8).

What's wrong with just using MPA Tool for everything? XBM finds less than 20% of my artwork - album artwork and artist pics - but MPA Tool manages to find stuff for about 90% of it and let's you custom load the rest.

MPATool was great, even indispensable, back before 8.1--but its album art functionality isn't really useful anymore if you don't use album art lock screens--that's the fault of MS for moving onto a new media player format though.

It'd be great if MPATool could still fill-in missing artist backgrounds like it used to, but that's not the case. I should give Audiotica a try--to its credit, Xbox Music does a decent job of recognizing artists on my phone it has in its marketplace, with a few weird outliers, but all my non-English language music isn't covered unsurprisingly.

Didn't work for me. ugh, I've been trying to look for a way to have artists background for xbox music for months now.
It doesn't work for music on my collection, only for free streaming music. ugh
